Shipping and Returns Policy

These policies apply to all orders placed on the TopSmart.store (hereinafter – the "Site") online store. Our goal is to ensure smooth product delivery and a clear return process both in Lithuania and other European Union (EU) countries.


I. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We partner with reliable manufacturers and suppliers worldwide to offer you the best prices and product selection. Because of this, your items may be shipped from international warehouses.

1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed immediately after payment is received. Order preparation, packing, and dispatch usually take 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

2. Delivery Time
Since items travel from various international warehouses, the delivery time depends on your location:

  • Delivery to Lithuania: Usually takes 7 to 25 business days.
  • Delivery to other EU countries: Usually takes 7 to 25 business days.

Note: While the majority of packages arrive on time, in rare cases, delivery may take slightly longer due to customs procedures, holiday seasons, or logistics partner delays. We appreciate your patience!

3. Shipment Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a Tracking Number via email. You will be able to conveniently track your package on our Site or the courier's tracking page. Please note that tracking information may take 2–5 days to update after dispatch.

4. Incorrect Address, Unclaimed & Lost Packages

  • Incorrect Address: The buyer is solely responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to the sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we are not responsible, and the buyer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.
  • Unclaimed Packages: If a package is delivered to a local post office or parcel locker, it is the buyer's responsibility to claim it within the carrier's specified timeframe. If a package is returned because it was left unclaimed, original shipping costs and return fees may be deducted from your refund.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: We are responsible for your package until it reaches the shipping address provided. If tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received it, we are not responsible for packages stolen or lost after delivery. If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier and, upon official confirmation, issue a replacement or full refund.

5. Customs Duties and Taxes
For all orders within the European Union, applicable taxes are included in the item price at checkout. However, in rare cases, additional import duties may apply. The buyer is responsible for paying these additional charges.


II. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. According to the European Union Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to return a quality item without specifying a reason.

1. 14-Day Return Guarantee
If the item did not fit or you simply changed your mind, you can return it within 14 days from the date you received the item.

2. Return Conditions

  • The item must be unused and in the exact same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original, undamaged packaging (with all tags, labels, and protective films intact).
  • Attention: According to EU hygiene standards, the following items are non-returnable: opened cosmetics and beauty products, intimate apparel/underwear, earphones, and other items unsealed after delivery that are unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons.

3. How to Return an Item?
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer's address on the package. To initiate a return, contact us by email at info@topsmart.store providing your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with the exact return address and further instructions.

4. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. These costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or we sent the wrong item.

5. Defective or Damaged Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of receipt) by email at info@topsmart.store and attach clear photos of the item and its packaging. We will replace the item at our expense or refund the full amount paid.

6. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
