The tool is easy to use, intuitive enough not to need to read the instructions.
Push on: it starts to vibrate, strength can be increased or be intermittent. Warmth can be increased too, it doesn’t heat much. The difference from a normal massage is that the heated skin and effect lasts much longer after the end of use.
I don’t know if it’s effective or not. I probably won’t come back here to add my pov’ like everyone else after a few weeks of use because i will forget. But the tool is nice, and very comfortable to use. It’s a nice way for a moment with yourself. 👍 I like it.
