Meter that measures pH, humidity, and temperature. The function I was looking for above all was humidity control, to monitor the bottom part of the plants and not overwater, even if I see that the top part or the part closest to the surface is dry.
The pH accuracy is quite good. I estimate that it marks a little below the actual value, based on tests I have conducted. For example, if it shows 6.5, it’s probably actually 6.8. The pH becomes more pronounced as we approach the acid.
The temperature measurement is very accurate, and the humidity measurement is quite good. Let them be 70 or 80% real and mark the item as 73%, that’s enough to show that the soil is quite moist. So if you want to know if the lower part of the plant is moist without touching it, this works perfectly.
They are dry electrodes, so there’s no need to leave them in water; in fact, they will oxidize. Also if you leave them inside a plant for a long time.
I recommend getting rid of the black rubber plugs. They get caught and you can break one of the two electrodes.
