I soldered it, at first it wouldn’t start, but after adjusting the trimming resistors, the display lit up and the device came to life. The function shows the capacitance of capacitors, displays the inductance of coils, and detects frequency generation. The functionality of the system is rather limited, but it’s suitable for home crafts. I thought it would be worse, but I was pleasantly surprised. The only thing is that the paper diagram is miniature, in a general pile of pictures in Chinese, and poorly duplicated in English; there is no clarity in the assembly instructions. I had to assemble it intuitively. A tip for beginners: be careful with the values of resistors and capacitors.
