It’s so clever made how it doesnt tangle you hair, you may lose a hair or 2 but you can massage through entire head and hairs dont get trapped in the heads. Thats such clever design. The massager came quit fast. I am really happy with it, its a small detail but the fact that it alredy came charged was delightful as i was able to see if it works straight after opeening and not waiting for it to charge first. Other than that, i liked the little spikes, i have sensitive scalp and was afraid taht it will hurt or irritate, but no! It is very gentle, but “hard” enough to actually massage your scalp or skin.
