Excellent! It delivers what it promises. A bit difficult to understand at first, but then you get the hang of it quickly. Very good.

Very good for the price. It’s not the smartest , as it initially boils and then cools to desired temperature.
However i have found if you set it to 90 (when aiming for 92-96) for v60 / pour over it can be taken off early and when i have measured using my own thermometer after 3 mins it hits 92 when using 800-900ml water and then will heat intermittently to maintain 92 if placed back on the hub.
I can recommend if you’re on a budget.

I think I need to get a little more familiar with how to maintain warmth and other things in order to use it properly.
