Excellent purchase. It requires AAA batteries with a medium to full charge to operate, and of course it doesn’t come with them, but since they are easy to get, it’s not much of a problem. There is a learning curve, and I recommend using a lancet as a test with a piece of paper to assess the depth of the puncture. I took a reading and it was easy to understand with the conversion table and the manual. I will probably buy more lancets and strips in the future.
