Excellent quality and sensitivity. When the detector is turned on, two sensors for CO and CO2 monitor the air simultaneously, and an audible alarm is triggered when one of these gases is detected. If you hold a cigarette and exhale slightly onto the device, two sensors will simultaneously detect CO2 from the carbon dioxide in your lungs and CO from the carbon monoxide in the cigarette smoke. So, carbon monoxide can be set in the settings so that the sound alarm only activates from unit 0001, which is a very weak, light smoke. Delivery takes about a week. The alarm volume is as loud as a smartphone alarm. I recommend it.
