Most likely there is an error in measuring the wood. There is a more specialized device, the moisture percentage differs. The device itself works well. The signal is quite strong, it penetrates a 2cm thick block if you place your hand underneath it, the readings immediately change. Good product and seller! 5☆

It came in bulletproof packaging, charged 100%, charging cable about 50 cm long. I tested a couple of modes, seems authentic. The only request to the seller is to come up with some kind of case, even the simplest one, otherwise the screen and sensor “glass” will quickly get damaged on a construction site, which is a pity, as the device is really well-made.

Packed very well. Foam box + its own cardboard box. The device shows something, quite plausible. How reliable the readings are needs to be specifically investigated. It can distinguish between moisture levels of a hand and a wooden board.
