For the price i’m very impressed with the headlamp. 4 white brightness levels and 4 in red. They range from very dim to very bright, just as you would want. It’s compact and the headband should be comfortable for moderate use. The hidden charging port is a nice touch.

This is like the best possible headlamp to read in bed without bothering your partner. The red moonlight setting is just enough to read a book on your chest and not illuminate the room. I’m sure it works well for a lot of other stuff, too. I’ll be sure to pack this one in my next hiking trip.

Decent option for someone looking for a budget headlamp with a true deep red led. Comparing this against a sorfin hs21 you can see that the red beam on the h25lr is much more red/violet while the red beam on the hs21 is more orange/red. You can also adjust brightness by holding the power button and charge the light with a usb c cable. The white light is a neutral white as opposed to the more common bluish tint commonly seen on cheaper lights. If i were to make recommendations for a newer version, i think this would be an even better work lamp if the white light was more of a flood beam and if it came with a 3000mah battery instead of 2200. I may use some diffusion tape to convert this one into a floody light. Really can’t complain for the price.
