Received a set of two devices, a smart valve (installed with water fittings) and a WiFi/Bluetooth router (which plugs into an outlet) that allows connection to the app via WiFi and to the smart valve via Bluetooth. everything works well, the only downside is the Bluetooth range, maximum 12-15 meters, and if there are two walls on the way, the Bluetooth coverage distance reduces by almost half.
Overall, I recommend this easy-to-use product.

Easy installation. although the distance between the hub and the timer is 15m, the connection is constant and secure. i recommend.

It works perfectly and connects seamlessly to the SmartLife app, from which you can program irrigation or provide specific watering with a very intuitive operation.
I don’t know how to connect it with Alexa, I suppose the plug that comes with it is for that purpose, I’ll try it out and if it connects properly, I’ll post another review.
For the price, the device is worth it, only if you have SmartLife, because it doesn’t have external buttons for manual programming.
