When i received the product, it looked to be of very good quality, but i made a mistake in the order because i didn’t realize it comes with the c13 connector and i needed the alligator clip. It works without any problems. When dealing with a group of energy stores, it turns off too quickly; it seems to be based on the voltage value. If you need to balance the store, you don’t need anything else.

I bought a 21S for lithium, C13 connector. The charging current is higher than the usual 10-15A, but it’s done in a compact way. The cooler works continuously, delivering a true 20A, adjustable from one ampere, current step is 0.1, I recommend it. This is my second time ordering from the seller; previously I bought a 20S 10A, also satisfied.
