Item as described with accessories shown. All in all good value for the money spent. A nice assortment of belts included. It is a dc motor so will run smoother in its normal direction a bit rougher in reverse but easy enough to swap leads if need be. I would never use this to sharpen a knife but it can be used to rework a bad edge. For me far more useful as a small sander for crafts and hobbies. I have been using it to bevel the hull planks on model ships. Perhaps i will make a leather bath so i can strip blades in the future
