Is this watch sent used or new. The box and packaging sent in raised this question. Is the watch a used watch or new? The issue now is a piece of the charging clip on broke. Not sure if will still work. The snap on portion on one side only broke away (see images). Please send a replacement charger. I do not want to return the watch. Original watch, I made 2 purchases of the same one, the second one was delayed in delivery, but it arrived in perfect condition. The battery lasts about 6 days with normal use, but if you keep it connected all the time it only lasts about 3 days. However, since we only connect it during workouts, it lasts a long time. We are really enjoying it. You can buy it. It’s worth the price.
