These are decent. not a lot of padding, but they are inexpensive so these work of you have a ton of shoes you wear only sporadically. not for shoes you wear daily, like work shoes. spend the money to get better inserts for those. these are good for the once in a while shoe so you don’t have to pull out inserts to swap into other shoes all the time.
