It comes well packaged but it lacks padding for the handle as it arrived a bit dented, but everything else is perfect as shown in the video and image, I am satisfied.

Good storage capacity. The plastic parts of the container look and feel low quality; there are still traces of the mold that were not removed properly. The metal parts seem fine, but I haven’t used it with hot water yet to check how long it maintains the temperature.
The glue on the label doesn’t come off easily and even after a lot of carving it still doesn’t come off completely.
The tape to make the thermos portable has no instructions on how to apply it and is of very poor quality.
The infuser fits well and seems to be of good quality.
