The weights indicated on the cables are not comparable to real weights, but that is to be expected. It will be about half of the actual weight. The resistance is sufficient to provide a good workout. Of course, the question is how long it will last, but everything looks and feels solid. I made a hook on the wall myself because my doors are not sturdy enough to hold the door holder in place. With one hook on the wall, you can train all muscle groups. See photo. With a bit of creativity, you can train the entire body using the bands. Over time, you might be able to get a second one, but that’s not necessary.
