   Arrived quickly in France. Works well. Lightweight and handy, you can also adjust both the type of light and the brightness. It’s intuitive and doesn’t take up much space. I recommend it!

   After stopping taking antidepressants due to side effects while suffering from depression.
   I was looking for a replacement, but I didn’t know that a phototherapy device could be this effective.

   I use it for an hour each in the morning and afternoon.
   As my mind becomes clearer, my depression is alleviated.
   Chronic anxiety disorder has also been resolved.

   Seriously, this is such a fantastic product! I was a little hesitant about the dimmer feature at first. But honestly, it makes such a huge difference in setting the mood. It’s way better than i even expected. I’m really happy with this purchase.

   The lamp is really great. I use it during morning calls – it gives nice lighting and makes me look better on camera. I can’t confirm how much it actually affects mood, but it does feel a bit uplifting just having the light on.

   It has three modes, and the timer dims the light (for example, from maximum to minimum after 10 minutes). The build quality is excellent – solid cable, good plastic, and a soft matte light that’s comfortable for the eyes.

   Overall, i can’t verify the mood effects, but the product is very well made and definitely worth recommending, even just for everyday lighting during calls.

   Oh, that sounds good.
   I’m planning to buy another one for the office right away~
   Anything cheaper than this would seem too flimsy.
   Don’t expect too much from the appearance, just buy it~~
   When setting it up, the angle adjustment is not flexible enough.
   The stand is sold separately.
