Download the Fitdays or Fitdays+ app, simple registration, enter initial data, synchronize with the tape measure, and you’re done. The data on the roulette is a bit hidden on the main screen (you need to click on the plus sign and select roulette).
the measurement itself is also super intuitive:
– pull out the tape
– make the girth of the required body part, securing the end of the tape in the tape measure
– press the side white button
– you press the button with a check mark on the roulette
All done! the data has been recorded in the application.
A! The end of the tape measure can be released by pressing.
In short, complete delight!

However, all functionalities appear to be operating as described.

Please note, the user manual specifies a 5v 300ma charger, which i have been unable to locate.
