Excellent device, impeccable design and manufacturing! Relatively new, you can purchase the smart sensor separately or a kit with a moisture-sensing wire. It has a variety of uses: by turning the sensor contacts down or placing it on the wall (improving the connection to the zigbee network) and using the additional sensing wire, you monitor leaks on the floor. By turning the sensor contacts up and placing it under a faucet or pipe, you monitor water leaks from above. The device easily connects to the native ewelink app using a qr code (zigbee gateway is required). It works perfectly with the z2m add-on and integrates with the home assistant server ( zigbee coordinator is required). Excellent seller, excellent service, and a perfect device! Thank you! 🙂
