Buyer questions

Q: How to choose the right size for ice cleats for shoes?
Size is determined by shoe size: M fits sizes 35-38, L fits sizes 39-42, and XL fits sizes 43+. We recommend measuring the length and width of your shoes and comparing them with the product specifications. You will achieve the best results if the cleats fully cover the surface of your shoes.

Q: Are the ice cleats suitable for different types of shoes?
Yes, the Velcro straps allow the cleats to be adapted to most types of shoes — from mountaineering boots to regular winter boots. Please note that a large difference in shoe size from the specified dimensions may reduce effectiveness. It is important that the cleats are securely fastened.

Q: What is the lifespan and maintenance of the ice cleats?
The product is made of wear-resistant stainless steel and silicone, so with proper use, it can last for several seasons. After use, rinse with cold water and dry properly. Store in a cool, dry place.

Tomshoo ice cleats for shoes are indispensable gear for winter season hikers and mountaineers. If you want safety and stability in snowy and icy environments, this product is a must-have. Armed with this professional device, you can travel on frozen paths without fear.

Winter is coming soon, we don’t know how much snow will fall though..
As I get older, I thought I would get seriously hurt if I slipped and fell, so I decided to buy one.
There are many metal parts that get stuck, and unless you have a certain weight, it doesn’t seem like it will break easily.
Of course, the rubber part will wear out over time…
I bought one and thought of buying another if the product was good, but it seems quite sturdy.
When I tried to buy it again, I’m disappointed that the price has gone up a bit.

    265mm fits well.
The one I was using now has been in use for 5 years, so the chain has become loose.
    Replaced because it became loose.
The silicone rubber band didn’t tear or anything like that.

I chose this product because it has more spikes.
The spike length is a bit long and there are many spikes, so it’s different from the previous one.
The soles seem a little more comfortable.
You may trip over the spike length while walking, so please walk safely.
There is also a pin felt version, but it is planned to be used in more slippery or rough areas.
    It’s sturdy.

These look like others on the market that cost way more. They fit trail runners no problem. These will be used on the pct this year.

    32 teeth, looks sturdy.

It’s a must-have for winter hiking, so I ordered it in advance.

In Korea, ice axes with about 13 peaks usually form the lowest price market, priced around 1.3 to 1.5. But this one has 32 peaks, so it was a really advantageous purchase. The rubber is sturdy and the overall design seems solid, so I think it will be safe for winter mountain climbing.

I am currently hiking in the winter mountains.
    It’s really sturdy and nice.
I’m leaving a review right away because I think if these products sell well, the shoddy ones will disappear.
My hiking shoe size is 280, and the XL size fits me perfectly.

It seems a bit big. I haven’t used it yet, but I’ll write an additional review when I get the chance to go hiking in winter.

It looks very good. It seems to be of good quality. I recommend it.

    They need to be tested.

I wear size 42 in Europe, Spain, and they fit well in hiking boots.

    Question: Silver L

Likewise, the crampon performance is good. They are large and multiple, so there was no problem with visibility, and size L was perfect for a foot size of 265.

    Question: Silver L

  18. Customer

I use it while doing lure fishing and it’s really good. It’s sturdy, affordable, and has a lot of teeth, making it stable. My foot size is 265, and size M is a bit tight, but the teeth fit all the way to the bottom, so buying size M is okay. If you buy size L, it might be a bit loose. I have both size M and L, so I alternate between them, but size M seems more stable. Size L fits perfectly, but the rubber that holds it in place can stretch and become a bit loose. Both are fine, but if you don’t like them being loose, buy size M. I attach them to long-necked hiking boots, and they fit well in both.
