I would give it 5 stars, but there is one big downside. Perhaps it applies to all devices of this type, but nonetheless. With this thing, it won’t be possible to start the engine without a battery, or with a completely dead battery. In my case, with a battery voltage of 10.6 V, the green light didn’t come on. But with 10.7-10.8 it does light up. It takes about 10%-12% charge to start a 2.5L engine.

I have purchased this item based on a neighbour of mine who used it to jump start my car when my battery was dead. She said it was on the factory charge as received, and has already jump started several vehicles with it. At the time my car was jump-started, it was at 25% charge left, and still strong enough to start my car instantly. This was enough for me to buy two, one for each one of my cars.

The jump starter seems ok, i haven’t tested it yet but i have an older version and it works very well. The problem was the shipping, it took a very long time to arrive. Almost double as normal. I would give 5 stars for the product and 1 star for shipping.
