Excellent customer service and excellent tool. I have used the polishing frog every day for the last week. The screw collets are great, and the glue arbors are a great addition. Even ignoring the bargain basement price, this tool seriously performs. If you look at price to performance there is nothing better out there, especially since they include the tin lapping plate (which, might i add is quite flat). Initially, the adjustment screws it arrived with were a loose fit in the holes, so i had to tighten the clamps down nearly completely for them to lock. I requested a new pair and the store shipped three out next day. Today i installed them and they are a great fit with a very uniform thread size, needing just the slightest turn of the allen key to lock them. I can also now more easily set the clamps to give a nice drag on the adjustment screws throughout their whole length. I will certainly buy more from this store.
