The machine is great, very happy with it. The cap holder did not arrive; instead, a part arrived that I understand is for the battery but I don’t know what it’s for. I can’t find any use for it in the kit I ordered. I had problems with the delivery because it turned out that at the pickup point they didn’t want to take the package. No one contacted me to let me know. I wrote to the seller so they could tell me which carrier was bringing the package, but they gave me a carrier that wasn’t the right one. I had to search on several internet pages to find out who the carrier was and manage to locate them in the town where I set the pickup address. When I managed to find them, they had already sent the package back but I managed to… have them bring it to me and pick it up at their premises, an ordeal but I already have the package with me.

Everything well packaged, it arrived one day earlier than the app estimated.
Excellent quality machine, it doesn’t vibrate at all, it’s very quiet, you literally can’t hear the sound unless you bring it close to your ear. Please note that the needle box that comes with it contains only RL type line needles; The synthetic leather is not 3mm, it is 1mm and I think a bit thinner. However, everything is too good, quality-price ratio, it is a bit heavy compared to most wireless pen-type machines.
It’s worth it 1000%!! !
