Very kind customer service, shipped quickly and the device works well. i was impressed by how quickly it heats up, the sensor that detects if the blower is in the handle also works well. one annoying thing is the short cable, i know they do it for tripping hazards and safety. but i think a plug would have been better, so that you can easily get a longer cable if you need to route it under a desk.
