Buyer questions

Q: Can the YOFIDRA washer gun work with batteries other than Makita?
The product is specifically optimized for Makita 18V batteries but may be compatible with batteries of similar voltage. We recommend using original Makita batteries for maximum performance and safety. Before using other batteries, please contact our support department.

Q: How to maintain and clean the tank and water hose?
After each use, empty the tank and rinse it with clean water. Periodically soak the water hose in warm water to remove deposits. Before the winter season, clean the system completely and allow it to dry. This ensures a long service life for the device.

Q: How long does the battery take to charge and does it hold energy for a long time?
A standard 15000 mAh battery typically charges in 2–4 hours, depending on the charger type. The battery maintains a good energy level for up to 500 cycles. When not using the device for more than 3 months, periodically boost the charge so the battery does not lose its properties.
