Comes with a usb-a cable attatched to the pump and a weird extender thing, but no power adapter probably for simplicity sake. I would like to see the sides lowered/basin raised for cat comfort, but the rest of the design is great. The pump specifically is a lot better than some other fountains. I wasn’t the biggest fan of the assembly process and a couple minor dents (probably shipping error) at the bottom, but those were of course not really issues. Overall, solid especially for the price.
