Very cool headlamp! The new plastic headband design is miles better than the old rubber one. The light itself appears to be sturdy, and has in fact survived a drop or two. Both the flood and spot channel tend towards the green side, even at turbo, although the sft 40 is less green at 100%. The difference in cct between the flood and spot channels is a little off-putting, especially on the spot + flood channel. Pleasantly surprised at the red channel. Bright / vibrant red light covering everything within 20 ft or so. All that said, very happy with my purchase, and will definitely purchase more.

This light is highly recommended on the flashlight subreddit and i can see why. There are a ton of features packed into such an inexpensive headlamp. The star of the show for me is the beautiful light on the flood setting. The headlamp puts out a wall of light and everything in its path is illuminated with great color rendering. The red light is fairly strong for a headlamp and but has multiple intensities and can be used for reading a book at night. Some people complain about the red light not being 660nm but i actually prefer the warmer tint of 620nm. You can charge the 3000mah battery in the headlaml with a usb-c cable and can use hand gestures to adjust brightness in the hidden mode (3 clicks of the power button). My only real gripe is the spot light. It works well and the emitter is efficient, but i would have greatly preferred the spot light to be a high cri 5000k led like the flood lights.

This is an all around great headlamp for work/ camping/ walking at night. The rotating bezel makes it very easy to find the mode you want and to adjust power output, just hold down the power button. I don’t use the infrared sensor much but might if i was working on something messy. The best part about this light is the high cri flood light, i really wish they matched the spot beam with an emitter using the same color temperature.

Great functionality and the 3000mah included battery tested to be 3180mmah. the headlight was sipped out and received fast. love that the stupid strobe modes are deeper in the ui and don’t get activated with normal mode as i never use it.
