I needed a flashlight to go running and keep my hands clear, and this one is excellent. You adjust the straps and it works very well. I go out into the dark countryside to run and it suits me perfectly. However, I don’t go off asphalt roads because it’s not a car headlight, but for going on asphalt and dirt roads without difficulties it works well. I’ve used it 4 times and the battery is really durable. For the price it has, it’s worth it.
