Straightforward operation even without a screen. Not a big fan of a third-party app to access data, but it is what it is. The readings are not real-time (i.e. The hr, step count, etc won’t show up immediately as you move around), so this device would work the best as a data collecting tool for an occasional review through the day or at the end of day. Given the price point which is significantly lower than amazon stores, i have no complaints. Works as intended and looks handsome.

The tracker works well and is flexible in operation. the functions can be edited and there are no subscriptions to pay. why would you subscribe to a tracker you have already paid for!!! this is not another ugly smart watch. you can turn off the alerts and there is no ugly lcd screen which i personally prefer. and no crass corporate branding! the phone app is well structured and presented and the battery life is excellent.

I liked it, it’s not 100 percent comfortable, it takes some time to adjust it to the arm and get used to it during the day. In the first few days it hurt my wrist, but I managed to adjust it without making it too tight.
It is a reference, not an exact measurement, but it provides a basis which is sufficient for monitoring. My main function is to monitor stress and sleep, so for my use it’s okay. I will look for another wristband that is more comfortable for sleeping.
