The seller has a warehouse in Ukraine, so the package arrived in 2 days by new mail, which is a big plus. The package includes the robot itself, a remote control (batteries not included), an instruction manual in English, and a set of 3 additional cleaning cloths. I haven’t tried to clean the dirty windows that face the street yet, as it’s winter and it’s cold, but I tested it on the window that faces the balcony. Holds well, didn’t use the safety rope, sprays normally on both sides, washed well overall, but there are some downsides, washed poorly at the edges, not a wide strip but it’s there and left some streaks, maybe it’s because of the cleaning agent I found at home and poured it in, but I don’t know how old it is or its quality, I’ll need to buy some normal one from the household chemicals store and try it out. But overall, I am satisfied with the purchase.

Excellent product! I recommend it!!! I can’t live without it anymore! At first, I was unsure because I have glass doors that are 6m high. Today, I even use it without a safety cord. The equipment is very sturdy! It doesn’t come off the glass! But I recommend changing the cloth, washing it, and drying it after each large piece of glass you clean. Only use it again when the cloth is dry.

The device itself is a dream: cleaning the conservatory outside or the 6-meter-high windows in the basement is really fun. Fill in the spray glass cleaner and, during the first cleaning, intermittent spraying in automatic mode via FB helps with heavily soiled windows.

Wowwww! My best purchase in a while. Very easy to use. In 5 minutes, the balcony door was clean on both sides. 98% effective, some hard dirt remained on the side but I didn’t expect it to work perfectly. Leaves no marks. The noise is less loud than a vacuum cleaner. It’s important to read the operating instructions and wipe the dust off the window before cleaning. If there is wind when the device is outside, do not activate the spray function of the device; spray the window before use. The seller updated me on WhatsApp that there is a possibility the package will arrive later due to the war + an update that the package is at our customs. Today I tested the window cleaner on several windows on both sides. It cleans quite well. Based on the YouTube video, heavily soiled windows are better to wipe down with a cloth first. It is recommended to fill the tank only with water — as far as I understand, the tubes can become clogged if other liquids are used. The device adheres to the window quite tightly due to the vacuum. Areas for improvement:
1. It’s too tall to fit between double windows. I want to break the handle.

Very fast delivery with tracking, so delivered in person, and without a torn box… easy unpacking, instructions easy to understand… easy to connect, cable long enough, with safety strap… started up following the instructions carefully… Effective cleaning indoors; outdoors, I preferred to use a sponge to remove as much dust as possible (I recommend it)… cleaning outdoors works too, but angles are more complicated, but with the framing function it’s almost the same… small flaws maybe due to my first use, I noticed the spray only comes from the right side and not the left? And for the shutdown, when you take it off, there’s a trace of foam… it’s not a big deal, just a quick wipe with a cloth… the suction is very effective… and for the noise, it’s as quiet as a home vacuum cleaner… a very pleasant surprise… I recommend it, I didn’t have the problems that people who gave it 1 or 2 stars had…
