Quality material, met expectations. I just think that the internal gear should be more adjusted, as sometimes there is a bit of meat left on the inside part.

Feels light but sturdy. There are 3 knives with 4 cutting points and 1 knife with 2 cutting points; there could have been an extra one included. Also, the fine, medium coarse and kidney-shaped grinding discs feel good to touch, not super thick like some other suppliers’ products. The import tray has some sharp edges that could have been finished better, but the material is good and it works well. Also the sausage stuffing inserts are good and sturdy. In summary, the product is actually better than expected and I’m going to enjoy using it a lot.

We use it every weekend, now we buy the meat we want and grind it! The FDV machine works very well, at first it sounded a bit strange probably due to initial break-in, but after the second use, everything was normal. It’s very fast, I only use it at minimum!

It looks sufficiently robust, perfectly fits the machine. It hasn’t been used yet, so i don’t have any experience, but i can’t wait to grind some meat! 🙂
