   So far just a blue lighted flashlight 🔦. instructions dont tell ya how long to use each treatment , if you put directly on skin or just hover over the area. all you do is push switch up to turn on but instruction say to push button several times 🤔??? . as soon as it’s on it makes beeping sounds than after awhile a long beep so i don’t know if that’s a timer indicator or what. gets warm after a few minutes too. is heat a part of it?. only used twice on the cervical spine area and not really doing anything, will try on knees next. this says for joint pain but instructions read “stretch marks”. um🤔? sick of taking pain pills that lead to liver damage and was hoping this was our ticket but so far not looking too good( only used twice though so will keep at it before totally trashing it). only bought because other reviews stated it helped. i can’t say that at this point.
