The seller offers a carburetor for the 170F engine in the description. Instead, it sends a carburetor for the 168F, and at a fairly high gas line pressure, the engine will operate normally. But in Ukraine, the gas pressure is currently reduced, and this carburetor is not suitable for the normal operation of a generator with a power of 2.8-3 kW. For a 2-2.5 kW generator, it might be enough, I don’t know. The seller is deceiving you. He ships carburetors with a diffuser diameter of 74mm, but the description states 80mm, which would be sufficient to power a 170F engine. So be careful, if the generator’s power is more than 2.5 kW, it will not be suitable for you.

4 stars for fast delivery and good price (bought on sale with coins for $10). The carburetor is new, but has many small defects – gaskets don’t quite fit, many scratches on machined surfaces, and a lot of debris (large and fine aluminum dust after processing in the float chamber). I highly recommend disassembling and cleaning this carburetor after purchase before installation. The main fuel nozzle has an internal diameter of 0.7 mm. For 2.8 kW, this is not enough. I won’t install it for now. I’ll install it and add a review.

The carburetor is a real find, it works on both gas and gasoline. For gasoline, we set the suction levers to “On,” and for gas, we set them to “Off” permanently. I think it’s the best price on the shopping platform, and it comes with all the gaskets.
