The product is excellent. The best shelves I’ve found. Delivery is very fast compared to other packages. Packed in a box and bags, but unfortunately I received a package with a completely crushed box, as if a ton of packages were placed on top of it, so much so that it was very difficult to get the item out of the box. There are some scratches and bent metal for this item, although the metal itself is quite durable. Overall, I highly recommend these shelves, and I can’t say that the packaging was bad. But I don’t know what was done to the box during transportation or at the warehouse; it seems like they were deliberately beaten and trampled on.
