The package arrived quite quickly in good quality packaging; it would have been preferable in cardboard rather than a bag to preserve the quality of the product better, but everything arrived without issues. Sharpened all the knives, cuts paper simply super, thank you for the fast delivery and easy tracking. Sharpening knives is a pleasure; insert it into the groove carefully, gently push for 6-8 seconds on each side of the knife, remove it and place it on the other side at a different angle. If the knife is very dull, start with the coarsest left side number one and continue with number two, right side, number three, right side, and polish the fourth side. You can go back several times; it works great for sharpening any knives even for life with teeth. But you need to know that knives with teeth lose teeth very quickly. So if you need teeth, it’s better not to sharpen knives with teeth in this way.

Completely matches the description! Sharpened one dull knife! It turned out very well! The knife is now sharp. When sharpening (you can’t press too hard), it slightly slows down, but it’s not critical, although I think it should be made more powerful. There’s a tray at the bottom for cleaning dust from sharpening. Then I’ll pick some knives for sharpening and report back. Didn’t communicate with the store.
