The product is very strong and sturdy, easy to handle, and the noise is quite tolerable.
It worked on the first try, fixes super well and follows exactly as instructed when adjusting the direction.
I placed it on windows with frames and it worked super well, identified correctly, hits, turns around and continues without falling. I have several windows with a Reiki system, it went without problems, and I also found it quite fast because in internet videos I found it a bit slow.
But I bought it already knowing from the comments that it wouldn’t clean like we clean.
But it’s a great help, it won’t leave it shining too much, it’s good for maintenance indeed, for those who have many windows like I do.
I live on the seventh floor and more than half of the apartment has windows, so it’s perfect. Too bad it only comes with two shelves.

It does a good job cleaning. I have big windows (3m+ tall and 4m+ wide) and the robot cleans it pretty well. It helps a lot especially at heights. In my case, the best cleaning results were obtained passing 1x with spray on and 1x with spray off (the second dry pass helps cleaning any stains left by water/solution). Use it for a day long and i can assure the drawback is the routing/navigation: anyway it got it right 90%. At the first use i did spray the cloth prior to cleaning, the result was the belts/wheels spinning and making the robot loose track; best results were obtained starting with cloth dry. Another drawback: the corner sensors are mechanical, which mislead the robot if you have borderless glass next to each other: i’ve tried and the robot felt, since it tried to “jump” to the next glass and lost pressure (see picture). Overall it was a very good help, specially for it’s price. It is not as good as newer vacuum robots (unfair comparisson), has plenty room to evolve.

Delivery takes 7 days from the moment of order, it also clings to wallpapered walls and doesn’t fall off, holds well. Regarding glass, I can say that before starting the robot, you need to remove stubborn dirt, use only distilled water, you can add a special glass cleaning agent for robots and brushes to the water. I added Karcher RM500 agent. You also need to wipe and rinse the new cloth well and dry it before starting to clean the glass. The set includes only 2 replacement cloths, one for the robot and another for replacement, so I immediately ordered 6 extra. In terms of cleaning time, the robot saves you time; you can start it and do other things. The robot is equipped with a built-in battery, and when the power goes out, the robot will work autonomously for some time and notify you that the power has gone out. The instructions are available in Russian, but the voice assistant is only in English. It would be nice to make a multilingual robot. The remote control works well, the Smartlife app works, but the translation is in Russian. clunky.
