Works well for steps, heart rate, and spo2. Automated hr collected at 15 min intervals. Sleep is detected on 15 min intervals and in the specific times shown in the instructions. Off hours or unusual shift times may read other than expected. No ecg. It might work for 2 days between charging. I charge it daily to not miss any sleep data. Lowering display brightness may help charge retention. Display is bright enough to use for flashlight in dark rooms. I’m satisfied for the price. Display selection button stops working once a week. Hard reset fixes it.

It’s very responsive which means occasional accidental activation but it’s not a problem, really. According to the size chart, I would need size 11, so I ordered size 11 and it was huge on me. I returned it and ordered size 10, which was also huge on me. I returned it again and ordered size 9, which finally fit me well. So, for a circumference of about 6.3 cm, size 9 works great. The ring is great, I love it. It’s the second one I have and it seems more comfortable than wearing a watch on my wrist.

I own an iphone and an iwatch, but i’ve really come to enjoy checking the time on my smart ring. My non-display ring just doesn’t seem to have the same charm. It’s so cool to be able to see your steps, heart rate and blood oxygen levels directly from this smart ring. Plus, you can adjust the brightness from 100 per cent to 10 per cent by holding down the time display. It’s a pretty good standalone smart ring with an app that brings in all your detailed information. The charging case is perfect, with nice bright battery indicator lights. I would have loved the wireless charging smart ring, but it’s still just as good. The shipping and delivery were fast and reliable. Highly recommended
